IDW Foundation Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to empowering women to live boldly, bravely, and humbly in God’s purpose. Our Philosophy Intentionality is the bridge between a dream and a legacy. At IDW, we believe that “Driven” describes our energy, but “Intentional” describes our direction. We move with purpose, lead with caution, and grow with integrity — all rooted in the love of God and guided by His Word. At the heart of everything we do is the belief that every woman deserves the resources, opportunities, and supportive community she needs to build a strong foundation and reach her full potential.

Our Founders

Jena Sullivan – is a dedicated Financial Advisor and a committed community leader. She had serve on the Board of Directors of the Lady Lake Chamber of Commerce and is the Past President of the Lady Lake Kiwanis Club. With a heart for authentic connection and community building, Jena co-founded Intentional Driven Women alongside Gloria to create a faith-based sisterhood that nurtures the whole woman — mind, body, and spirit. Her passion for purposeful networking, leadership development, and financial empowerment has helped transform IDW from a single gathering on International Women’s Day into a thriving movement with multiple chapters across Central Florida. Jena brings energy, strategic insight, and a deep commitment to creating environments where women can thrive without competition, anchored in Christian values and mutual support.

Gloria Ebey – is a passionate Senior Care Advocate, Community Educator, and faith-driven leader. With over a decade of service specializing in hospice and palliative care, Gloria brings deep compassion and expertise in supporting families through life’s most challenging seasons. A Colombian immigrant who has called Central Florida home for over 20 years, she is a Proverbs 31 woman who embodies strength, dignity, and fearless faith. As Co-Founder of Intentional Driven Women (IDW) and the IDW Foundation, Gloria’s vision is to create spaces where women can grow spiritually, professionally, and personally. Her leadership extends across multiple boards and chambers in Central Florida, and she is a recognized voice for community impact, mentorship, and holistic empowerment. Gloria’s life motto reflects her calling: “She is clothed with strength and dignity, and she laughs without fear of the future” (Proverbs 31:25).

Together, Gloria and Jena launched IDW Foundation Inc. in March 2024 to expand their impact through scholarships, mentorship programs, and community initiatives that equip women in entrepreneurship, continuing education, and leadership.
